The ProWare line of stainless steel cookware from the Empire Collection was designed specifically with the lodging (condo resort and extended-stay hotel) industry in mind. This is a more upscale/premium line of cookware, but still provides exceptional value for the price when compared to name-brand or commercial cookware. This cookware offers an encapsulated base for excellent heat conduction/distribution, and is also induction stove ready. The cookware is oven and dishwasher safe. The sturdy yet attractive die-cast handles are secured to the cookware body with this double rivets, so these handles don't come loose like many of the handles that are secured via bolt or screw. The sturdy stainless lids don't break when dropped like glass lids do.
