The circumferential channel collects the juice, which can be easily dispensed with the small pouring nose, and the silicone ring at the base prevents slippage during grating.. Made by a small manufactory that has been handcrafting ceramic cooking utensils since 1925, continuing the craftsmanship of the region's historic Iwami-yaki ceramics. Each grater is unique, which means that there may be variations from the version shown here.Care instructions:After use, carefully clean the grating surface with a tawashi brush, allow to dry.
