All pieces are handmade by local craftsmen.Care: Never place in dishwasher. Oven safe in temperatures under 356ºF. Clean with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth in soapy water. Clean with copper cleaner and soft cloth to keep copper shiny. Raw black handle may be coated with a thin wipe of olive oil or beeswax to prevent rusting.
