HIGHLY RESPONSIVE AND PRECISE The 5-ply construction reinforced with aluminum core provides exceptional thermal efficiency, even heat and no hot spots. The highly responsive cooking surface heats up and cools down rapidly, providing excellent control on the stovetop.
