Add one half face down to a graham cracker square and microwave it for 12 seconds. Top it with another cracker. Let them cool and if any marshmallow is sticking outside the cracker, wipe it away. -Mix Ghirardelli White Melts (one bag) with candy cane dust. Pour into s’mores molds filling half way. Place the s’more into the mold. Push down and then top with more chocolate. -Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Turn the mold over and if the s’mores don’t pop out, rub the back of the mold so that the chocolate releases by the heat of your finger. -Drizzle melted dark chocolate onto the square and top with crushed candy canes or candy cane sprinkles. Refrigerate for a couple minutes and then let them sit out. -Wait until they’re at room temp and enjoy! FYI the marshmallow will be chewy! Mold & sprinkles from Sprinkle Pop”
